Hatha Yoga

Hatha comes from the Sanskrit "ha" for sun and "tha" for moon, thus hatha yoga balances the solar and lunar energies within the body. This practice is gentle, calming, and meditative, providing space for inner reflection. Yogis of all levels, from beginner to advanced, will benefit from the beautiful simplicity of a traditional yoga practice.


Relax into gentle poses cushioned by supportive props, while being guided through mindful breathing practices and healing visualizations. Restorative yoga sessions offer the tender loving care essential in recovery from injury or illness, managing long-term conditions, or simply de-stressing from the effects of physical and mental exhaustion.

Vinyasa Yoga

Connect breath and movement in a dynamic flowing practice. Asana postures will be linked in challenging sequences to cultivate strength, flexibility, and increased awareness of breath, body, and mind. Harness your energy with a fluid warm-up, stimulating asana practice, and relaxing cool-down.

Yoga Practice

We replace sun salutations with moon and earth sequences to connect with the elements of feminine energy, also known as shakti or yin. Bring balance to the body's natural cycles at every stage of life and rekindle your divine inner radiance.

Vinyasa Yoga

Remedy the effects of a modern busy lifestyle with quiet, introspective yin yoga. A slow sinking technique in the poses offers safe and effective traction and compression, lengthening connective tissue. Unlock the potential for increased flexibility and freedom of movement, clear energy channels, release stuck emotional patterns, and restore vitality.

Ashtanga Yoga

A blend of yoga and pilates designed to enhance strength and flexibility. Provides ideal conditioning for athletes and dancers seeking to advance in their performance and overcome obstacles on the path of progress. Also the perfect low-impact exercise for anyone wanting to improve or maintain their health and fitness in a mindful, body-positive manner.


Each session will be customized to fit your level of practice, current needs, and any areas you may wish to focus on. Typical sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, with shorter or longer session times available at your request.

You may choose to enjoy your session in the comfort of your own home,

or we will meet in one of the beautiful yoga studios in which I regularly hold classes.

Session rates begin at $125, and may vary based on time, location, and travel expense.


Working with the same teacher over time offers the opportunity to explore your practice more deeply and enjoy the benefits of a truly personalized experience. To encourage you in developing a commitment to your practice,

reduced rates are available when booking multiple sessions as a package.
